Really good. It has been a long time since we ordered items other than Ice Cream from Dairy Queen because food got pretty bad for a bit. We took a chance because my kiddo wanted some fast food chicken strips, so everyone else decided to join in and order. Everything was hot and tasted really good, not like it I had just been sitting waiting but really hot as in cooked and hot, and it all tasted nice as well. We might just go more often for meals when treating ourselves to fast food as it really impressed this time.

I waited 10 minutes at drive thru intercom before being acknowledge. Then waited another 5 minutes before my order was taken. Then had to wait another almost 10 minutes for them to bring my food out to me. Hopefully they get it right as 8 out of 10 times when I have had to wait for it they do not get it right.

I know DQ for being a great fast food restaurant, but it has changed. First the associate taking the order kept repeating what I was ordering more than 3 times that was pretty annoying then when my order was served the french fries were cold I didn't want ask for new ones because of the inconvenience. The restaurant looked dirty and smelly. I guess Covid19 changed the way DQ used to be. I will think twice before coming back.

All icecream in freezer had been melted then refrozen. Threw dilly bar in trash. Wouldn't give me small cone in place. Employee visually verified everything in freezer had been melted. Couldn't get the $1.99 refund correct either.
Also received 4piece chicken instead of 6piece. However I did get the extra gravy!

My most favorite ice cream from anywhere has always been DQ’s Cookie dough blizzard. All of my LIFE!! Absolutely would recommend giving it a try!

Lousy service, no communication. They did not say there were x number of big orders in front of me. Did not say it would take x longer then usual. Took about 30 mins to get my food and that is after they asked me to pull around to the front and not block the drive thru. Didn't get home till 9:30 pm cause they didn't communicate anything at all. Not coming back to this store.

Quantity has been downsized, 2 large sundaes was 9.50 with nuts and whipped cream 🍦 so would be cheaper to buy a half gallon of ice cream at the store and hot fudge

Service was fast and friendly, and they got my order correct and out to me in great time. The staff was friendly, and the food was delicious.
