Iv never had any problems with y’all. I’m upset y’all messed an easy order. Wasn’t even that busy. I get it but it’s ridiculous. I want a refund for the food I didn’t get since I ordered it straight from y’all instead of through another source. Didn’t get my two bacon biscuits.

They had me pull up I was waiting for 20 minutes just to have to pull around and tell them they didn’t bring my food then tried to hand me a my bag of food that is cold after 20 minutes of sitting

I went inside to order 4 sprites. The employees just stared at me. I finally asked can someone help me. A girl which was the manager mumbled something. I asked to speak to a manager. The same girl said what do you want. I said 4 sprites. She charged me. Handed me 2 cups and walked away. I seen another girl and asked for the manager. She brought the same woman back. I will never go to this location again.

Always and I do say always gets the order wrong charges you for correct order yet gives you a random hamburger. Never picks up phone when call to try and talk to them to make it right. If I could rate them negative 5 stars I would.

The service is slow when they are busy through the drive thru, sometimes they get the orders mixed up which is frustrating. Other than that they are good.

The line is always long and it doesnt move very fast at all. The fries are hit or miss. Sometimes fresh and hot, sometimes taste like they left them out on a counter all night. Everything else is good though.

McDonald's seems to be a family place where you can take your children and enjoy an outing. My personal experience last week was ok. Entering the premises was awful 😖! The pot holes need to be repaired, the person at the first window was nice but her face appeared as if she did not want to be there. I ordered oatmeal and there was barely any water in the container and the water wasn't hot. I did not have time to go inside for them to fix the error because I had personal business to attend to. So, I give it a 3 star rating.

Food was hot and fresh.the location is pretty dated compared to the other locations in the city and my wait time could have been better
