First time there for father's day, before we even got our food we said "we are totally coming back!" 1. They don't charge extra for gluten free crust, and you can choose any size you want. 2. They let us make some substitutions. 3. They have gluten free beer! 4. At least 2 vegetarian options for pizza (not including build you own). Awesome service, very friendly staff, clean bathroom, clean everything! Can't wait to go back!
Austin is the best waiter we've ever had!! He's charismatic and attentive! Best pizza in amarillo! Get the Maria's with pickled jalapeños. The carrot cake is to die for, make sure you add a side of caramel! You'll never be disappointed!!

Our favorite appetizer is the jalapeño poppers, they do them a little different with feta cheese and they are just so tasty! The Nutty Hawaiian salad with chicken is also a go-to option, it has pineapple chunks, cranberries and the most amazing sun-dried tomato’s I think I’ve ever had…
For Pizza, the BBQ Chicken & Cade and Blake are a couple of our favs… Love this spot, it’s one of our favorite places for pizza in Amarillo.

Palio's is our go-to local pizza shop! The food is always great, the service is usually very good. The only thing I could say that could be taken as negative is that the bar area is a little loud, and sometimes gets a little too rowdy to have families with kids seated around it. Other than that we have only had great experiences here! I highly recommend the Buffalo Chicken Pizza. 🤤
Excellent first impression. Not one thing wrong. Food was exceptional. Perfect is a better description. JD our server was on point, attentive and best server I myself have had in very long time. Love love the atmosphere. The prices for lunch specials are super great. I will be back, and I'd recommend this place to anyone as the best experience in dining in a very long time. Oh and the coffee superb.
Quality grub is hit or miss when you work out in the field. Palios hit the bullseye. Great food for your buck. I usually order more than 1 entree because a lot of restaurants slack on Uber/Dash orders and at the end of the day I just want an enjoyable meal.

Their pizzas are fancy and delicious, and they have a bar with a big variety of drinks that are gluten free too. They have a gf desert too.

I have given this place a 5 in the past and raved about their food and service. However, tonight I was extremely disappointed. I took my wife in for what was supposed to be a celebration dinner and we were seated immediately. That was the last service we got. We sat there for 15 minutes without any service as the staff fluttered around. I don't believe there was a manager on the floor overseeing the floor. We got up after 15 minutes and took our party somewhere else.
