Our waitress was MIA much longer than normal cb time after we were seated. Another waitress noticed and this amazing woman, Lisa, came over and took our order. She was literally the nicest person ever and even gave me a hug! I guess she gave our order to our actual waitress, Robin.
Lisa even came over after to make sure everything was good. Lisa, you made my whole day! Thank you for being personally invested in the guest experience in your store. You had 4 stars on your apron but you deserve 10!!!
Great job! Also, the food was amazing, but that happens every time at cracker barrel!

This placed was packed to the gills, but the service was impeccable.
I was sat down, with a minimal wait time of less than 5 minutes on a Sunday morning, which is incredible at how packed this place was.
My order was taken promptly, and the food came out in less than 10 minutes. It was hot, fresh and exactly what I ordered. The server was very attentive, and always kept asking if everything was fine.
The restroom for men was very clean with always having warm water, soap, and paper towels.
I will most definitely visit again!

So they decided to serve a burnt raw steak… then decided to not give the sides that was ordered. Waitress was ok. Manger kept looking at us instead of coming over. Fries was old and hard. SMH

I would say this cracker barrel has the best biscuits, they were like salty and fluffy. Amazing! Great price, speedy service, fresh food. Only thing I would say was a slight issue is there chicken fried chicken was just like others fried chicken but it was still amazing, tasted great anyways. And again biscuits were literally the best I have ever tasted! 5 out of 5.

It was my first time at a cracker barrel and it was amazing. I loved it! There was a bit of a wait before we got seated but the food was worth the wait, it was amazing. And there was great service as well. I would 100% recommend this store to anyone! It was amazing. And our server was so nice.

Awesome, excellent experience. Our waitress was very attentive even though it was pretty busy and we were a group of 14. In our group we had a birthday boy. I asked the waitress about the staff singing happy birthday. A few minutes later the wait staff came to our table and announces to the entire restaurant and invites them to sing along with us. Almost the entire restaurant sang along and cheered at the end. It was the best sing along I've ever experienced. Thank you to the entire staff. And the food was great as well. They have the BEST fried okra.

Usually never a bad experience, but this time it was just bad. It took a while for the waitress to get to us, we ordered and they didn't bring half the order out, and then just walked away. We assumed the rest was coming, but no. The pancakes were chewy. Mind you, they are usually really good, but this time no. Finally got the rest of the food out 10-15 minutes later. It was just biscuits and gravy, so something easily on hand. Only got one cup of coffee. It was just a bad experience this time.
This isn't the usual service we've had.
