Great location located in a suburban shopping plaza in central Altamonte Springs. Never overly packed or busy. Well stocked and maintained.
Subways will always be Subway. What separates the different ones are the staff. The staff here is excellent which in return gets u excellent subs as u request it. Even hearing a man get rude and nasty with an older woman, she gave him the same excellent service she gave me. I know it couldn't have been easy but she did it and moved on to me with a smile on her face.

They had just one girl working behind the counter making sandwiches for walk-in customers, internet orders, and ringing them up at the register. She did a great job, was quick and efficient and seemed to be getting all the orders right. Having only one person behind the counter is probably not a good management decision. however the loan employee deserves the five star rating all by herself.
I'd rate 5* but can't, as this location tends to run out of bread quite frequently. Other than that, can't complain.
Staff is consistently friendly, and so far the subs are made correctly (one exception: Employee forgot to let the bread cool ... thus my sub was an absolute mess. Tasted great, even though the sub was cut into four pieces and turned into a salad).
The new manager Jordan is amazing! You can tell she runs a tight ship but all her employees seem happy so it makes for a really nice environment to eat in!
I stop by most every Sunday coming from church too the Subway restaurant. The assistant manager always waits on me and he is the nicest person, he takes care of all my needs. I'm the one with the Walker.
This Subway restaurant is located in a shopping plaza with lots of parking. The staff gives good customer service. They have restrooms and also a few tables for anyone who chooses to stay and eat.
Staff is always friendly and do a good job making sandwiches. Parking is abundant and getting in and out quickly has never been a problem.
Service was great but if she had help it woyld have been better for all the people behind me. Also i did survey bur did not get the code.
Tables inside were clean and socially distanced. Food up to high standards and service was helpful and pleasant.
