I think other than frozen hard bitter strawberries on top of the ice cream, everything else was good. The reason why I mentioned this is just because not everyone likes to bite hard frozen strawberry pieces, along with the rest of the toppings, I think maybe they can use room temperature fruits for the toppings, but that's just my opinion, the ice cream per se was amazing.

Even in the cooler weather ice cream is a must and we never miss the opportunity to visit this Cold Stone store when we are in the area and sometimes we just go out of our way to be in the area😊 I have visited other locations and have made this my preferred store as it is always clean and the customer service is top notch. My family is always greeted with a warm welcome and even if there is a long line the employees work briskly to complete orders. When there are new flavors or we can not decide what flavor we have been provided the opportunity to taste new flavors or try a different flavor with out hesitation. Thank you for providing my family with a clean safe environment in todays complicated situation to go and get a treat regularly. Tonight we decided to grab some ice cream from our favorite place Cold Stone Altamonte and once again no disappointment !! The store was busy with a good line for a chilly night. There were seven employees behind the counter that were working quickly and moving the line at a more than reasonable pace. They were all polite and professional while completing our order. As pictured the employees were all properly gloved while preparing our ice cream request. Now I have to say the new flavor for the season of love is shown in the picture below. I decided to go outside my box and try it and I highly recommend it if you like chocolate covered strawberries. It was amazing and now I will have to make more visits before Feb 15th. The store was clean and had a pleasant smell of waffle cone. Can never go wrong when you want great ice cream and professional customer service here’s the place.

I ordered online for pickup and my order was ready before the suggested time. I was greeted with smiles and friendly staff. I highly recommend this location. On the weekends & evenings the lines can be a little long so pack some patience. Enjoy your ice cream, you will definitely be back again.
Uff, bring lot's of money, it is very expensive. For the price you pay you would spect some magical taste but it wasn't there. Is decent ice ream with a high MSRP. The staff is friendly and we didn't have to wait long to be served.
They put together a DELICIOUS cake. And thank you for making my daughter's cake BETTER than before (we didn't think that was possible). Also, thank you for taking the time to assist me to the door, great customer service! I'll definitely continue to order from you guys, thanks for EVERYTHING!
Great Customer Service, my only take away would be the it’s important to understand allergies. This includes all the ice creams ingredients, and processing location.
I love this store! The ice ream is of course delicious, but honestly my favorite thing about this store has to be the great customer service they provide. There’s always a friendly, happy atmosphere. You get greeted as soon as you walk in. This specific location is very convenient for me, but even if it wasn’t I’d go out of my way to come here. I’ve been to several other locations and they don’t compare to this store’s customer service, speed, cleanliness and organization in general. All the girls are great, but I have to give a special shout out to Tori and Tara. These two ladies make sure my order is made exactly how I like it. I visit that store very often and the experience is always great. See you soon ladies!
Ice cream is amazing! Depending on who makes it for you makes the difference on how much of the mix-ins you get. A bit pricey, but so worth it! The reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 is the inconsistency of amounts.
