I was told that the service and the food here had gone downhill but our office party turned out really well. The food was really good and the asparagus was a good quality and cooked nearly perfect for me and for others at the table perfect. The chicken trio and the steak we're all cooked perfect. I didn't hear any complaints at the table from anybody. The desserts were also good. Overall I was brought back to the original days when this restaurant first opened.
Excellent service @ this location. Clean & cozy. Restrooms 🚻 very clean. The food, AMAZING 🎉. Short ribs melt in your mouth. Pasta, you just had to stop & enjoy every bite. 💯 % recommend 👌 ❤️.
It had been a while since I visited a Carrabba's specially this location. The restaurant set up is a bit different but I was pleasantly surprised with the service and the food! They have change their menu and it is easy for anyone to pick something they may like. It took a bit to get a table, but it was not too bad.
Our server Faith was nice, friendly, attentive and checked on us often. She was knowledgeable about the menu and the pace of our meal was good. Bread was brought right away, followed by our salads and drinks. Our entrees came not much later and wrapped up with bringing our dessert to go. It took 1 time to tell her what we needed and she got it 100%! Thank you Faith for a good experience!
Now on to food... it was delicious! I had a Caesar Salad, the Salmon Capperi with Fettuccine Alfredo and wrapped up with a slice of Cannoli Cake to go.
It was a great experience and food was tasty, so we will definitely come back.

Very yummy! This was our first time and would definitely go again. The complimentary bread/dip, calamari and the stuffed mushrooms were the highlight of the meal. Steaks were cooked to order which many places don’t do well on. Little pricey though compared to other chains.
The wait was 5 minutes but they had us in before the estimated time, service was amazing, Kiersten I think? Was quick and attentive and didn’t make us wait a second. I’d definitely recommend dining here!
If you are craving for really good pasta, this is a great option. The food was really good, and the same for the service. Mind, the place can get really busy, both inside and curbside, but the few extra minutes are worth it.
The waiter name Evan did a wonderful job tonight 11/18/22 located in 434 Longwood, FL. My husband and I decided to go to Carabas for dinner bc thier food was so delicious 😋, Evan was very attentive and he make sure that our drinks are full ( sweet tea, water, coke), Previously, we had a good customer service going to Carabas, but Evan he really top it all up his service, friendly jokingly. He provides everything that we expecting to get when we enter the restaurant. I would recommend to my family and friends this restaurant and ask for Evan. If his working. Lol. Thank you 😊
I enjoy coming to Carrabbas and seeing my favorite wait staff. Chris and Siobhan (I am probably misspelling her name), are attentive and make my kids and I feel welcomed every time.
I have started eating a salad and enjoying the wine and dessert so I can save room for the good stuff.
Had a great visit today, the service, server and food was amazing today. We were greater and offered seats inside or outside. All employees had masks on properly and paid close attention to our needs. It was nice to be treated so nicely. The food was served promptly and no delays. It really was a great experience. The lasagna and chicken Bryan were a hit as well as the salads.
