Kiah was our server and she was great as always , she’s so friendly and knowledgeable. She always gives the best suggestions on new specials and things to order. We’ve been coming in for years and even when she’s not our server she always goes out of her way to check in with us throughout our experience and makes sure everything is great. We really appreciate all the bar tenders(especially Kris, she always goes out of her way and takes great care of us.) She makes us feel like family. Food always comes out quick and tasty. Love the daily specials! Definitely will be back! Thanks again Kiah! And Kris!
Went in for a work lunch with my coworkers on a Wednesday. The restaurant was not busy, and our server Shae was super nice. Service was good and our food was brought out promptly. The quality of the food was a solid 8.9 out of 10. The zingers mac and cheese was amazing. Will definitely return.
We are honestly here 3 or 4 days per week. Mostly due to the people who work here, but it's also close to home and we like the outside patio. Inside it's usually just too cold, but then anyone who works or goes here has known that for years.
The facility/property management people have neglected the restaurant for years, so it needs a lot of TLC, but that doesn't keep us away. I am however really tired of getting precooked and redipped Zingers that come out rock hard and shriveled.
These things are amazing when they are dropped fresh, but it's really rare that I ever receive them that way anymore even though I do specifically ask on occasion. Tonight was just over the top. You might be able to even see the burning in the photo.
I know this is a common practice with some restaurants and this happens regularly here, but I overlook it usually. Today just hit a wall for me.
Hooters used to do the same thing way back in the day when we used to go there. I was able to watch the cooks from the bar and watched the wings sit there for 45 minutes in the basket then get dipped again in the fryer to warm them up. I did finally say something at the time. This had to be one of those extreme times.
If it was my restaurant, nothing would leave the kitchen that I wouldn't eat myself. I would instill pride in my staff. The Zinger things an ongoing issue.
Love coming here for dinner & drinks after work! The food is consistently good, drinks are always spot on and everyone that works here is friendly, nice and welcoming. Bartender Matt (from Boston) always has our drinks ready as soon as we walk up!
Went with a friend and her daughters. It was extremely busy so the server did what she could. Had great attitude. There were some gaps where we had to wait for things but we were catching up so that's fine food was great
We love Millers!! Neda was our server and she’s phenomenal. She’s extremely efficient and provided solid service! She does all that while creating a comfortable and fun atmosphere with her charisma and charm. Will definitely be coming back to be served by her!! The French onion soup is SO GOOD!!!

This was my best experience at ale house ever, have been to them many times. The fights were on so we sat outside at the bar.
The shrimp and steak was perfect. Great job by everyone there, am coming back tomorrow 💯. Father's Day capped off perfect. Outside bar is awesome thank you Effrum great job. Good music even some Rock which was cool.

We had a men's group outing and had a great time with lots of great food, the server was top notch and kept up with our orders and drinks.
I am from South Carolina visiting for business. I came with my family we had "Shark" for a server he was an excellent server, very attentive, funny and just down to earth person. He made our experience a great one and we will be back this weekend. The food was great and came out fast!
