This place makes me sad. They refused to take Subway coupons. Even tho they are a Subway according to their sign.. Corporate would even reimburse them so what's the prob? I can't think any reason to not take them. Unless maybe they're not a legit franchise? Either that or they're just next level LAZY.

I go to this place occasionally to use coupons I get in the mail. They don't accept coupons for online orders, but I've always been able to use them in person.
This time I walk over there as it starts to rain and get told that the 1 coupon I brought (buy 1 get 1 footlong) is not allowed, so I went home in the rain with no subway.
Firehouse subs is right down the street, I'm never going here again, coupons or no.

I had a coupon for a second foot long free and the short cashier dude refused to accept the coupon without any reason. I will not be returning to that one.

Worst subway I’ve ever been to. The sandwich was so small with very skimpy toppings. Couldn’t get tomatoes because they were rotting in the container. My wife burst out laughing when she saw the sub! NEVER AGAIN!! Owner need to find a new career, cuz this ain’t it! 🤡🤡🤡🤡

I couldn’t believe that the guy charged $3 for cheese as an add-on without informing me about it while he made the sandwich. This is deceptive business practice from these franchisees.
