Chuck E. Cheese's

Great experience and awesome staff! I would definitely recommend this location if you want to have a good experience with your children. Keysha was super helpful, and took as much time as we needed to explain all the new features and procedures at Chuck E Cheese. I hadn't been in 25 years so I brought cash for tokens! Our daughter enjoyed all the games, the food, and the live shows with dancing and music. There were also employees keeping the facility clean and sanitized as the children were moving from game to game. We purchased a Summer pass which is also a great deal, so we will be back soon!

I booked a party for my sons first birthday last weekend. When i arrived the table was not set up and i had to wait 15 minutes after my scheduled time for his table to be ready. Our party host never brought out the goody bags or dip n dots. When i asked for the goody bags when kids were starting to leave he stated that he did not know if my package came with goody bags (it did) and left it at that. I’m very upset on how my dons party was conducted , especially because the party next to us that came AFTER us got dip n dots and their goody bags and their table was set up before they arrived. The manager seemed like he was new and didn’t know much either. I ended up getting $60 off of an almost $400 party. My host also brought out the 50 ticket favor for the other kids after they left :)

I will say I liked the tokens and tickets better. I card is horrible. If you choose the timed option, you can't swipe back to back swipes. You have to wait until it's ready to swipe again. Also the games don't give out many tickets. Like some games, waaaaaay more than before, you don't even win any tickets. I've been coming to Chuck E Cheese since I was little and it's just not as good anymore. That being said, the location was very clean and the employees were kind and helpful. Obviously we'll be back but I miss it the old way.
