Hot Breads

The 2 star rating is for Nandini, otherwise it will be 0. Poori was not fried properly and not at all cooked properly. Medu Vada was very very black. And uncooked ,They fried more than how it used to be. We told that put Masala on side for the Dosa but they kept inside. But still it’s okay. They told that they are making fresh Peanut chutney, but they didn’t even add salt and no tadka at all. We have ordered by online @1:15 PM and they gave us pick up time @1:32 PM ,but waited for more than 35-40 minutes in the restaurant after our pick up time. We called and told the same to the lady (Nandini) at front desk, she was good at customer service but the kitchen staff/team needs to take care about the food which they’re serving. Needs a lot of improvement about the food quality and taste.

We went to Hot Bread on 5th March Saturday. We have such a bad experience. They gave chicken 65 with thick coating.. if you try then u can find small piece of chicken. Then they gave noodles with all the vegetables and small amounts of noodles. Taste was horrible. Before we went hot bread several times but this is a very very bad experience we got

Had heard good things, decided to order to go for lunch. Placed online order, pickup time was set at 25 minutes later. Get there about 40 minutes later and was told item I ordered not available, would take about ten minutes to do replacement. Ten minutes go by, am told "oh five more minutes." After thirty five minutes have passed, I go up to get refund, am told they are packing it now. Five minutes later, finally get order, counter person puts soup cup on bottom with large chicken container on top, almost as if had never packaged an order before. Final slap in the face: chicken was completely burned. The soup was okay, and the naan was palatable. I've had a lot of Indian cuisine and this was some of the most flavorless I've encountered. Won't be back.

I ordered tea and chocolate dosa. Service speed is OK. A lady and other gentleman at cash counter were polite, cordial, friendly and helpful. Dosa: size is more for 1 to eat (my opinion). Good quantity of thick Sambhar and two chutneys were accompaniments. Dosa can be bit softer, I felt it was more crispy. Tea: available in a dispenser near cash counter. Taste was good. Restroom: well I am not blaming the restaurant, because the person who used before me didn't leave it clean. Visitors should think 9f other users when they finish their business. Overall a good place to visit and spend time with family and/or friends.
