Adequate parking. Good selection of submarine sandwiches, chips, cookies and sodas. Friendly and helpful staff. Dine in, take out as well as pick up available.

My wife placed an online lunch order yesterday that was supposed to be ready at 11:55. I arrived at that time and proceeded to wait. After much time passed, I asked several customers that were getting their orders what time was their order supposed to be ready. It was well after mine. Finally, 35 minutes later, I get my order. I asked the gentleman why all those orders had been placed ahead of mine. He turned around and walked away ignoring me. I walked to the other end of the counter and asked him again. His response was "a salad takes longer to make. Have a nice day." I then asked for the manager. The cashier asked if she could help me. I asked again who was the manager but no one would give me a straight answer. I have been in business for a very long time and would never allow my customers to be treated with this level of disrespect. I am very disappointed in Firehouse Subs and would not recommend patronizing a business that treats their customers in this manner.

Sent my son to pickup an online order and it took over an hour for them to make 2 sandwiches. The manager on duty had to jump in and help. Need I mention the order was wrong when we finally got it. This is beyond unacceptable. Had I not paid online, and their refusal to refund me, I would have left the sandwiches there. I'll never go back, not worth the headache for a sandwich.

It is 8:30pm on a Thursday and they close at 9. There are people on the inside and they are saying they are closed. Obviously they didn’t wanna take my money.

Really unfortunate location. I’ve been here a few times and have ordered both in person and on the mobile app. Regardless of ordering online or in person, it takes over 30 minutes for the food to be made. This would be understandable at a fine establishment serving multi course meals, but they are making sandwiches! Now, I have to give them credit… there is never more than two people working here but still! I’m not sure I’ll be coming back to this location or a firehouse again. There are other sandwich places that do it just as good, in less time.

Ordered for pickup on my dinner break from work. Order had not even started to be made when I arrived at the pickup time they had advised. Order was wrong and was missing several items. Recommend eating elsewhere l.

This is the 3rd time they got it wrong. It's not complicated. No mushrooms that's it. I received a pickup steak and cheese with no cheese then asked for no mushrooms t they make me sick. I got only mushrooms no steak, Then wheat bread. I got white bread with mushrooms. Im done. Not to mention they put Pastrami on the steak and chesse did you think i would wouldn't notice.
