Charged $27.95 for 8 small pieces of chicken. Rolls were stale & hard & potatoes were not fresh. Only the coleslaw was good. If I hadn't gotten a carryout & drove 17 miles home, I would of returned it. Very disappointed. I have never gotten a bad meal at Kentucky Fried Chicken before.

Every time I get the chicken, any of the chicken, it’s ALWAYS undercooked and raw. It’s like chewing on rubber. I’d rather it be over done than risk getting salmonella. TEMP CHECK YOUR DANG CHICKEN!

The upcharge for changing out side dishes and the price increases on the meals are a bit much.
This company could save money simply by asking if when ordering the customer was asked if they wanted biskets, corn bread or none at all. If the customer opted out of wanting this it would also save by not giving out the butter and honey packets also if this option was offered and customer chose not to receive them.

All items are only OK … but it’s ‘Alpena’ ok …. Substandard quality from corp National quality
Always super greasy original recipe
Definitely check for napkins & dipping sauces even after requesting them

I gave five stars because food is always good. But, when it comes to getting dipping sauce....better check your bag before you leave the drive thru. Seems to me employees are getting very lazy nowadays! Employees should take pride in what ever job you have and strive to do your best.

Always good. I can't really classify KFC as fast food, mostly because it is actually edible and you will receive nourishment( not stomach cramps) from it. At least this location never seems to disappoint. Food my whole family enjoys.

For the last year every time we go there the order is messed up no silverware, or butter and honey foods cold chicken has been sitting for hours guys slow down repeat the order back to customers there was a time when K.F.C. had the best food and customer service that's not the case anymore and that's sad. Don't waste your money there employees are only there for a pay check they don't care about the customers anymore.
