I came through the drive-thru at KFC in Alma Georgia. I ordered a pot pie a five piece chicken tender with coleslaw and a 5-piece whole wing with a biscuit and mashed potatoes and gravy which was the number five on the menu. When I got home to nahunta Georgia. Everything that I ordered for everyone else was okay except I got a five piece spicy individual wings that I could not eat they were too hot and it wasn't the whole wings it was just pieces of wings. And by the time I got home it was 8:30 I went through the drive-thru about 5:30 and I was not driving all the way back to Alma Georgia to replace my order so my advice to you is when you order through the drive-thru at KFC and Alma Georgia you check your boxes and your meals before you leave because they will mess up on an order and a heartbeat I would give this more than one star if they done better I wouldn't have even gave them one star if there was any other way to leave a review.

Abigail the manager had poor skills as far as acknowledging customers in lobby but the staff was great at doing there's and her job. Guess her cell phone call was more important then her job. She is the only reason for the 3stars.

Bottom Line....Service terrible. Employees ride. Order always incorrect. Called management and havent heard anything back. He was very nice & understanding. He was going to compensate me for mail a voucher due to over charges with left out food items🤷♀️

Rude workers! Told us they didn't have dark meat but then put some out 5 mins later! Asked for mtn dew and got dr pepper! Didnt receive everything! Made me sick 5 mins later!!! Plus we had to watch 2 workers get fired!!!

Drive thru; First I asked for extra Crispy but the woman said they didn't have any ready so I said I would wait. Then she said it would be 14 minutes or longer so I decided to get original recipe. Then she wouldn't let me finish telling her what I wanted without asking many questions. For the life of me I don't understand why I can't just say what I want without being interrupted 15 times. If the person at the window would just let me tell them everything I want without interrupting, the order would go a lot smoother and faster.

No one in the store or drive-thru, but I had to wait almost 5 minutes before the lady asked for my order, then, the lady didn't open the window, but she was standing right there, eating on food. We ordered a #10 large Popcorn Chicken Combo and there was hardly anything in the box(picture)
