Chipotle Mexican Grill

Very friendly staff. Great location of restaurant. Plenty of parking. Quick staff. Busy staff. I was disappointed that the newly promoted chicken was all sold out and it was only 2:30pm on a Saturday and none was cooking on the grill like in the "commercials".... but my meal still exceeded my expectations! I was very surprised of how hot, fresh, delicious my food tasted! I was also appreciative that the generous portion finally matched the price of my meal! I entered the store with a critical eye and left with a pleasantly surprised full and satisfied belly with money still left in my pockets! Definitely a win/win for all!

This is by far my favorite chipotle location the one in mccandless crossing is horrible, wexford is not bad. My food is always correct here and the employees are always nice and helpful. Today I ordered our usual on the app for 8:00 I went in and they were super busy in the kitchen and no mobile orders were out so I waited no problem. One of the employees a young girl kept coming out and apologizing to customers that they were waiting on more meat to be made if they wanted to sub it out or wait and was very apologetic it was nice to see a teenager/young adult that cared about her job enough to still be kind to customers while in a flustering scenario (I’ve worked in a similar chain restaurant I’ve been there not easy) I got my food around 8:15 which I get if your in a rush is inconvenient but I didn’t mind! And my food was great maybe even a little better than usual so those 15 minutes were worth it

On a Saturday, this Chipotle restaurant had several employees working, but they are looking to hire additional employees. My wait time was a reasonable several minutes. The menu listed burritos, salads, tacos, and bowls. Guacamole was out of stock, so I later added my own guacamole at home. The employees properly prepared my veggie bowl and chicken bowl. They accurately rang up my purchase, and I felt pleased that each meal cost only several dollars. I appreciate that this restaurant will donate 33 percent of sales to my friend’s daughter’s fundraiser.
