Panera Bread

Love the food and drinks at Panera Bread. The strawberry salad is fantastic!! Good for dinner on these hot days. Their chocolate crossiants are fantastic. They have chocolate on the outside and are filled with chocolate on the inside. Smoothies are so good. In fact I love everything at Panera Bread!!

Food is great. I love the sip subscription. Most of the staff is friendly but Really need to reevaluate who’s on register. Watched them give the person before me a huge attitude for no reason & straight up rolled her eyes at me when all I did was order a couple bagels (which weren’t even correct. I like to get sliced Asiago cheese bagels to go cause I take them home & make sandwiches. Didn’t realize till I got home that they were cinnamon. Wouldn’t have cared if they were plain or I could use them). I realize we all have off days, I used to work in food service but being rude for no reason & messing up peoples orders isn’t a great combo!

I’ve never been a fan of the ordering process at Panera’s. Went today looking for desert for a friend and decided to get a breakfast wrap. Told the girl 3 times what we wanted. Order was wrong. Complained and they remade what we ordered. Again wrong. Never, never going to any Panera’s again. Don’t waste your time or money

Not sure what happened to Panera, used to have a great menu and good was good. Now it's overpriced and the food is bland. I got the chipotle flathead and it was very lacking. Wasn't the way old Panera was. One thing they have is the bread and cinnamon rolls. Since there isn't any bakeries in Alliance, this is where you go for fresh bread
