Dunkin'

Stopped yo get what I thought was quick bite n go,cashier was reasonably ln y quick,but woman preparing my bagel took almost 15 minutes. Door Dash older woman cut in front of me ,then my order was put to side so she could take care of her. I asked about my order and told it was coming,IN condescending tone.. After using restroom,and standing to wait it come out with burnt edges. Worker was doing Dooor Dash,and orders after me. So needless to say ,I will NOT give this location my business ever again. And unless you ONLY need coffee,I suggest if you want bgg your order within 5 minutes,DO NOT GO HERE!

I ordered ahead in the app. When I arrived, there were quite a few people waiting. One lady was offered her order, and the toppings were not right. She was speaking clearly, but the person who had prepped her food needed more input from another worker to get it right. The lady got her food and left. Moments later she was back since it was still wrong. Meantime, my drink and sandwich came up. We were waiting for a single donut and one more drink. Both took rather too long. And, when the other drink was presented, the employee said strawberry bubbles. But, when we got out and my daughter looked at it, there were no bubbles. Since I'd paid for that, we went back in for that. The wait time was crazy, especially for the drinks and donut. Usually when I order this, the sandwich is the last part done. Today, it was first, and so was also cold when I was able to eat it. I also heard other customers having to clarify to those preparing the food to ensure it was right. This is very atypical of my experiences at Dunkin.

This place was not very clean, but good coffee & doughnuts...Update...was just there yesterday...the place seemed cleaner...was not impressed with my latte... the cup was only filled half way!!! Had to ask them to add more latte...very disappointed!!! Are they expecting to make more money by only filling your coffee cup half way.... I just don't get it!!
