Recently, I had the pleasure of visiting the new Rock Creek Tavern location, eager to explore their revamped venue. and new menu. With high expectations in mind, I discovered that the new establishment not only met but exceeded my every expectation, making for an unforgettable experience.
As I stepped into the Rock Creek Tavern, I was immediately struck by its warm and inviting ambiance. The rustic yet modern decor created a cozy atmosphere.
The owner was an absolute delight and made our lunch experience enjoyable and memorable. We stopped for a casual lunch. We started with a homemade soup that was delicious.
The wings were crispy (just as we asked for) and moist. The pizza is truly one of the best we have had. We will definitely be back!
The new location is absolutely beautiful with a modern rustic setting. The food was scrumptious as always with outstanding customer service! The restaurant is impeccably clean and very comfortable and relaxing! My wife and I enjoyed lunch with a new variety of items to choose from on the menu. Love this place!!!!
Great homemade pizza with generous toppings. The dough is really flavorful too. The beer comes in 32 oz. Pours which is nice. The staff was friendly. There was no line.
Very welcoming atmosphere. Easy to order, pizza came out extremely fast. The crust was delicious, the toppings were fresh, the cheese nice and bubbly.
Will gladly return the next time we are in the mountains and hungry for pizza. Might even try one of the sandwiches next time.
The pizza here is good and it was done in 10 minutes. Got a have veggie and half cheese and mixed salad to go, everyone was happy. Has friendly service and they serve cocktails as well on the elevated outdoor deck. If you are in the area check this place out.
Love the setting. Food was excellent and tasty. Had steak sandwich and wife choose pork chop. Both were well prepared. Will return to another visit

Loved the pizza and service. What a great hidden gem in the mountains. Toppings are great and the cheese is actually beautifully crisped. Dough was tasty as well.
Cute place, great pizza & friendly staff. It was the perfect spot for a lunch in the mountains.

Great pizza, thin crunchy crust & we added balsamic drizzle because if you know… you know it makes the pizza!!! Great food & atmosphere after a day of hiking
I can eat pizza 24/7 and after eating here today, I wish I could eat their pizza 24/7.
If you are ever in Estes Park for vacation, you have to make the drive to Allenspark and visit this tiny pizzeria. I promise you won’t be disappointed!!!!
