Ihop

I just got out of this place like 10 minutes ago. The issue I had was with the waiter, he was rude from the very first minute. We placed in the order around 11am or so, we waited about 40 minutes and the order still didn't come in. There were two more tables next to us, who got seated 10-15 minutes after us, they got their food and everything. I didn't manage to get the name of the waiter (he had several ear piercings on the left ear). My friend and I asked him for the check for the two lemonades we got and we told him we didn't want the food anymore, it had been almost an hour. The manager was super nice and offered to give us the food for free because of the incident and apologized for the inconvenience. Before we left, he started gossiping with the customers on the table next to us, glancing to where we were and started laughing. He needs to be a little bit more professional and work on his customer service.
