Hand Crafted Pizza Co

I REALLY wanted to love this pizza! Let me start with the good. The location is great, the interior is beautiful. Think rustic, reclaimed, polished, and clean. The ingredient quality looked phenomenal. The two gentlemen I had the pleasure of speaking with behind the counter we're knowledgeable and friendly. Now for the tough part, the bad. Let me say it again, I REALLY wanted to love this pizza. The crust was bad. It was thin, yet dense, and slightly burnt. For me, personally, the crust is SO important. Great toppings need a exceptional foundation. I found the crust to lack flavor and texture. Again, this could just be a personal preference, but that's my take. I'll be in again, hoping maybe this is just something that will be worked out as the business grows. Looking forward to the next visit.
