Jimmy John's

I had placed a mobile order for delivery and I waited about 40 minutes before calling to request a cancellation, as I had to leave, I would’ve placed pick up order if I had known it would’ve taken so long. I had called and explained my concerns, I should’ve known to speak to a manager in the beginning, I didn’t. I try to express my concerns to shift manager ‘Xavier, he had cut me off mid sentence to let me know he was already told.. I explained to him how rudely it was to cut a paying customer off being a manager, he should’ve let me voice my concern and then responded, didn’t work like that. I then again began to speak and he cut me off again saying “she already told me this, I don’t know why you are telling me again…” very very unprofessionally rude being as he is a shift manager. Excuse was they were short staffed, I ordered the day prior as well, as he wouldn’t let me explain and it was the same thing just about 25 minutes before leaving the store with my order.. long delivery times. If I didn’t have newborn twins at home I would’ve just swung by and grabbed lunch. Very disappointed as I order from jimmy johns all of the time.. twice at this location and NEVER AGAIN! This manager in this store belittling paying customers and taking his authority as manager to the extreme and believes he can speak to anyone in any manner he chooses, incredibly embarrassing as he is the face to your store during shifts. Inappropriate I don't know who trained you XAVIER, but you sound like a 19yo with no direction in life. Hope Jimmy Johns isn't your future but the way you speak to others, seems like this is the fit for you! NEVER AGAIN! Save your time and money in this area, check out Jersey Mikes or any other sandwich restaurant near.

I have ordered from this store many time and had many orders screwed up or delivered to the wrong address. Tonight I ordered again, spending 31.00 with tip and delivery charge. I ordered a Beach Club, there was not turkey on it. I called right away and was told they would bring another, this was 7:30pm. At 8:15 I finally get the sandwich. I was very nice when I called. I understand mistakes happen but this is crazy. Stay away from this place.

So we order two sandwiches for delivery. The delivery was not exactly "freaky fast," but whatever. The delivery dude gets there - he's nice, hands us our food, goes on his way. So I'm minding my own business and tell me why half way through my sandwich, I find A HAIR. That's right! A long stringy HAIR in the middle of my delicious #4 sandwich. So naturally I call up Jimmy John's and tell them what happened. They say okay we'll bring you a new sandwich (no offense, but I've kind of lost my appetite by now).. But I agree anyways. Within minutes, they call me back and ask for my half eaten sandwich. What???????? So they bring me a new sandwich and I give them my half eaten one. I ask him why they need it back and he tells me.... so they can throw it away. W.O.W. Anyways, may the odds of a hair free sandwich be in your favor.

Waited over 10min for my food. I walked in and gave them my name for the online order the girl kept asking me if I was all these other names and i said no its under Jamie. Not sure who made my sandwiches as im waiting a worker asked me if I was waiting and I said yes I've been waiting. There was a bag set aside by the register that nobody said anything about and come to find out its my food. The girl that took my name must have made my food and just left them there and didn't even give it to me. Horrible customer service. Definitely not subs so fast you freak. Never going back. First and last time going to this location
