Buffalo Wild Wings

Ordered two kinds of boneless wings via takeout. The Asian Zing wings were absolutely swimming in sauce to the point that some wings were fully submerged in the sauce and the sauce was all over the box and the inside of the bag, dripping everywhere. The other batch of wings were supposed to be just regular Buffalo wings with Buffalo sauce. This batch had no sauce, but rather some sort of powder just haphazardly tossed on them. They were terrible. The photos are of the “Buffalo” wings.

I almost wanted to give 4 stars. When I went, it was to try the cheese curd burger. I was SO excited for it. We werent told that they were out of burgers until after drinks and appetizers were ordered. Supposedly we were supposed to be told when we walked in, and if we were, we wouldve gone somewhere else as 3/4 of our group wanted a burger. The place is nice, big tvs everywhere. Its clean and nicely decorated. All the staff was nice. A little disappointed that we werent told about the burgers. But othee than that good service. The food was absolutely delicious. Thats why im still giving 5 stars. Everyone who wanted a burger ended up getting a chicken sandwhich. And they were tasty. I was surprised by how good the fries were. The only negative here was that they brought out half the groups food first and then another 10 minutes later brought out the rest. That was pretty rough as we were all hungry. But again, food was so good that I cant take a star off.

Such a bad experience we had yesterday. So called "manager" Jana, she doesn't not know how to treat her customers same. After ordering our food we had to walk away from there. I thought managers should be a good example for the employees. This lady should get training from her waitress how to treat their customers. Please have her get trained by those girls. The waitress has better manners than this lady. I wish there were a negative star here.

Owner asked for our IDs, after we gave it to her, she said that she would have to call the police to confirm our IDs were real. After the police were called and the IDs were confirmed to be real, they then asked us to leave as they no longer wanted to serve us. After this experience, I will never go to another buffalo wild wings. The owner could have just admitted she was wrong, instead she kicked us out when we were right. Unreal.
