The food and service was awesome. Like most restaurants these days; they also are short staffed which made their service more impressive. You could tell they were trying their best to take care of everyone without complaining or being short with anyone. To the lady who took my order; you can stop saying you're sorry whenever I come in. I totally understand what all of you are going through.

Finally got a correct order but paid $4 for a taco and this is what I got. I’m done giving them my money when it’s always something….

Just pretty sad. I decided to unroll one of the burritos I ordered, when I noticed that both of them were unusually flat and limp. This was very disappointing, especially since I had paid almost $2 extra to get black beans and guacamole on my bean burritos. Taco Bell restaurants have been consistently growing worse over the past 5 years, so I guess it's my fault for even coming to get food here.
The only reason I gave two stars, was the fact that the employee working the window was very friendly.

Went with my g/f. We odored soft tacos and champagne as well as nachos. The nachos and meat in the tacos was so back that even our dog wouldn't eat it! Very disappointing... won't be back there EVER!

They constantly get our orders wrong and don't really care to fix them. If something isn't blatantly left out then there is absolutely no meat on what was ordered. Just condiments I guess to save on food cost 🤷♀️ At least when you could pay for taco bell "with the change you found in your car", remember that, you got what you paid for. Now it's just over priced sour cream, cheese, and an overall dgaf attitude.

I just wanna say that they are short staff and and it is very busy there so they really go beyond and out the way ! It’s like any fast food though people are just trying to live and pay bills so I understand mess ups but the food was amazing and the customer service was amazing !! I just wanna thank them for their hard work :) keep it up

Worst portion size of any taco bell I've been to before. The crunchwraps were at most 2.5 inches wide and had hardly any meat. Cinnabon delights had nothing on the outside.
Always check your order! Literally every time I've gone they leave at least one item out. Customer service is solid and they are super nice, but they mess up every order.

If I could give 0 stars, I would! The worst Taco Bell ever!!!! Waited 35 mins in line. Extremely rude staff. This is what I received..this is so nasty!
