Domino's Pizza

So I ordered 2 pizzas both to be square cut...I got to the store and 3 people working just stood there and went about what it was they were doing. I stood there for 4 minutes on the screen 2 other people's pizzas went from baking to finished while I was waiting. When I was finally served I was asked how I was no small talk at all. Got home and the cheese Pizza looked terrible, the pepperoni was better. Bot were normal cut neither one square cut. Not a good day!!!!

Spoke to a guy too pick up my pizza and said “excuse me sir I’m here to pick up an order’ all goes well pay for my order and when I walk out I hear a lady say “you must feel real good about yourself” so I turned around and said “excuse me?” And she goes “you called me sir” I didn’t even see this person in the store so I looked at her confused then she said it again but raising her voice. I wasn’t looking to start a fight today so I just said “sorry” and left and she says “yea now go” so congratulations dominos you just lost a customer because one of your employees wants too seek attention and start arguments with customers

I was never a Dominos fan until I moved to Kentucky and Dominos is the ONLY place that does not close at 9pm. Apparently Kentuckians do not get hungry after 9pm. Well since I eat late, my options are Dominos or Speedway gas station and I opt for Dominos. I usually get delivery but my last order I went inside and was surprised how magnificently clean it was? Hospital level clean, heck my kitchen gets dirtier when I cook for one person. So I was kinda surprised because I have gone to other places and you could tell the employees worked at a pizza place. Employees here were well put together but the kitchen and lobby was spotless! Delivery charge is a bit high $6 but Since they are one if not the only place that delivers to the Arcadia subdivision. Pizza is your typical Dominos. Even if the pizza was horrible, the app, closing hours and delivery areas their competition can't beat! The sad thing is the area I live in is a new HUGE development area but Dominos IS the ONLY company that updates the map system. I realize I can call other places and they will deliver but if a corporation can't take the time to put a new housing development area into their online ordering system then why should I use my time to place a phone order? Its 2022 do people still call in food?

As a employee I have alot of concerns about the chain of commaned and I was told that if I gave up my job i was working knowimg my income I would make more money . Well that is Absolutely false and not only have I lost they dont care I have reached out to above management about my pay and I was promised a rasie from my GM and yet did receive it. I have worked from open to close and walked out with 20. I have contected the Distinct Manger va email and text this week about my pay and hours. Now I'm a single father and I recently lost my home do to my income. But when Dominos needs me I'm there . I take pride in customer service and I give back to them when asked. But for the last month and half on Monday I havent recived over 30$ in tips and its cost me 30 dollers a day to transport to my Job in Alexandera. As for the food its great as for the sevice in store not so great but for the most part the drivers do all they can to pleaese the customer. As for myself customers receive plates and napkins and on utilities thst are needed.. I really do my best now as must ppl dont know your delivery fee isnt for drivers, Dominos receive that but at the end we drivers count on tips and for me I count on tips to make it to work to bring hot pizza to your home. But over the last month i havent made half of the money I should make do to the delivery cost apparently has went up and customers are upset so for the ones ive talked to. I delivered a small pizza and the delivery fee was 6 dollers i made a doller to drive 10 miles from the store to the home and back to the store plus my 3.75 and as that has changed since I have worked for Dominos. But again i was told 4 dollers a hour and tips. Over the last month and a half my tips went from 100 on mondays to lesss then 30 . And it cost me 30 to get home and back to work everyday. So i figured since Dominos or the chained on command could not respond to messages or my concerns VA email I would address them here and hopes that someone cares enough about the employees and take a look at what is the right thing for drivers . Also those of you who get deliverys just stop and think that he or she might be a single family perant and lives on a fixed income and might just be having a bad day but seems to come with a smile. I hope you guys take advantage of Mr Glass familys establishments .. Have a wonderful day.

Drove 25 minutes to pick up the wrong pizza. Asked to be comped and I would bring back and pick up the correct pizza. They are only willing to make the right pizza or refund. Not worth the another 50 minutes worth of driving. You lost us as customers on our time first time ordering. I suggest that you figure out better quality control!
