Fast Friendly Service! My wife waited 9 months to get this and they did not disappoint. The day after giving birth, my wife finally got to enjoy Jimmy Johns again. It was so good, I was back there the next day getting another one for her. Keep up the great service.

Ordered for local delivery (as soon as possible) and my sandwich took an hour to arrive. Also I had a gift card with a verified balance but the website checkout would not accept it as payment. On the bright side my sandwich was okay; not great, but okay.

Unfortunately when I went here you were not able to order it side or dine inside, so if you don't have a vehicle you would have to order through the app to pick it up. Very inconveniencing. On the upside if you do go through the drive-thru, it's very quick and I have yet to get a sandwich that wasn't made correctly. Staff could smile a little bit more though, it wouldn't hurt.

A rude employee ruined the experience for us when he yelled at my husband for not being able to find our online order on the shelf. Perhaps it would be more helpful if customers were given a time frame for when their order will be ready after ordering on the app instead of waiting for a notification for an "asap" order.

I love Jimmy John's, food is always good, but this visit was the worst ever. The drive thru is terrible. We waited on the road to turn in forever! They were NOT freaky fast at all! Very long line in front of us and behind us!

So much for freaky fast! Drove off the freeway for a quick sandwich & restroom break. Walked up & discovered that the dining room is now closed. Thought ok maybe we can just use the restrooms & go through the drive thru or order on the app. That assumption was wrong The restrooms are closed as well and The line at the drive thru was so long that it was actually blocking the street to their lot. Gave up and went to another fast food place nearby that starts with a C has a Blue & White building, & restrooms that can actually be used.

Employees were pleasant even though overwhelmed with a rush. Regardless, they should still focus on getting the orders right. My veggie sandwich came out without cheese or avocado, my kids' Vito sandwiches also came out without cheese. We were traveling, so didn't have the time to turn around to correct the errors. Very disappointing.

I love how I called 7 days ago and they had no problem delivering to me, but now I'm magically no longer within their delivery range today. Literally 1.6 miles away... pathetic.
