There’s been three occasions where I wait in line (15-20 minutes) just to get the the front and order impossible meat that they have ran out of. Could easily put up a sign or SOMETHING saying they are out. Huge waste of time. Even got attitude from the workers for leaving when they don’t have it. They leave impossible meat items up on the menu and have nothing indicating that it’s unavailable.

I will not go here again. They have a sign in lobby about free chips and on cash register they have sign saying due to price increases, they don't do that. But you can buy chips.

Staff was fine during ordering process, but food quality has dropped. I ordered chips and got blocks of salt, as if no one had broken it up before adding it. Queso was disgusting, ruining burrito flavor. Food prep quality has obviously gone down. If you order something there, keep it very simple and avoid the queso.
