My husband told me that this bakery has been around ever since he was a kid. I went here for the first time today with him and was pleasantly surprised by how delicious and inexpensive their items are! We got a macaroon brownie, which is a brownie with coconut and a chocolate frosting, and a chocolate covered double layer chocolate cake. We bought these for just $2.50! Of note, we used cash because there is a $5 minimum for credit and debit cards. I can see why they are still around today because this place is actually really good! Everything we ate tasted really fresh and moist. I would like to come here again in the future.

Small, old timey bakery, great selection of breads, cookies, donuts, long johns, cakes, coolers of drinks. Employees wearing masks. Store is on corner and there was easy on street parking on both main street and side street.

Fresh made baked goods at very reasonable prices. The ancient grain bread is to die for. I may have to nab a couple more loaves before heading back home!

Our first time visiting Roger's family bakery in Alexandria on our way to visit family in Moorehead. We would definitely stop again! What a wonderful local bakery! Staff were very friendly and helpful, donuts & baked good tasted so fresh & good! Also purchased some bread & porridge. Prices were very reasonable. We can't wait to stop in again! Thank you for all the work you do!
