Applebee's

Food is great! The service is very friendly and attentive. I think the cooks at lunch time gets mixed up or something cuz we ordered our kids' first and one got done eating before my other got hers. Manager made things right without us asking and bought her lunch. I'll let the dessert help me decide if I'm satisfied. 😁

It's never a good experience here and this time was no different. I had issues with the drink they remade it for me. I didn't ask them to comp it or take it off the ticket. The manager, Ronnie, brought the drink and then went to the bar and proceeded to talk about me not knowing someone in my party was passing by! How unprofessional as the manager with the customer still in the restaurant! I will contact corporate! The only good plus was our server, she was amazing and apologetic when it wasn't her fault

Do not eat here, food was horrible. Plenty of better places to eat in Alexandria. Went on a double date with my wife and a friend couple. None of us could stomach it and no one finished their food. Steak was cooked incorrect and was barely warm when I got it and they sent it with the wrong sides. Beer was flat. Food that wasn't plain bad was bland and flavorless. We asked for the check and waited 25 minutes just to have the waitress come back and ask what we had again and had to wait another 15 minutes just to leave and it made us late to our movie. And that's for $60 per couple.

We got there later than we should have and that caused a huge wait. We sat in our booth for almost 15 before getting any silverware or drinks. Our server was not told that she was sat, she was also the bar tender. She recovered in total grace all while pregnant. She made the entire visit to the location.

It seems like quality products and good workers are hard to come by after the pandemic. With that being said our food was just ok. Our appetizers were good but our food was lack luster, my mother in-law got riblets and they were cold. We also witnessed our waitress go in the restroom and leave without washing her hands. My mother in-law lost her appetite. My daughter did enjoy her steak so that made everything somewhat ok.

Took 15 minutes to take our drink order. The waitress seemed nice enough, we had time to burn so it was ok. It took about 30 minutes to get food, The food was good. Overall it was ok. 3 stars due to the wait on figuring out who our server was and not being greeted at the door when there was supposed to be a hostess.
