Captain D's

Management and or owners of this place has changed for the worst. I used to go here with my family a couple of times a month and was decent food but this past weekend me and my family went there to eat and as soon as we walk in we got the negative feeling from the workers they did not want to do their job they was rude and the person at the counter got our order wrong and then filled drinks and gave to us then said we will have to check them to see what is what because she didn't care to label it or tell us then she spilled one of the drinks all over us and the counter, then once we got the food we was missing 2 orders and then she had attitude saying they gave us our order but we didn't get our full order so it was the worst experience we've ever had here and we will not go back ever again they lost us as customers for good.

The staff and food were great!! That would get a 5 stars . My reason for one star is, this Captain D's is not ADA compliant. I could not get my sister in law in the door without a struggle. Remove the useless divider wall and make a double door access into the lobby. This is 2022 and this should not be an issue.

Horrible. They apparently changed the type of fish they use without communicating it to their customers. It tastes more like chicken. I was so disappointed because it’s been a while since I’ve eaten here. Not only that, Whenever I went in to get a refund, everyone in the building was complaining that the fish was disgusting. I held Captain D’s to a higher standard than this! I will not be returning.

Walked from my hotel to this dump. Couldn't walk in due to everyone scared of the c-19. Ok cool, walked to the window the woman was scared to speak to me out the window. I get it ! Plus It was such a hassle to even take my order that way or so she made it. So I walked off since it was such an inconvenience. Today are some scary times, and people want more! Why don't you try just doing something to get more! Oh please be nice to those that showed up! I am to everyone, if the ones that showed up would to they're job then they might get afore mentioned more !!!!
