Mcalister's Deli

I just wanted to say McAllisters is always been a favorite to go to but a few months back they were really slacking and disappointing me and my SOS. From hard bread to cold soup, made me not wanna go back for a while. BUT today my SOS went back again and it was like a whole different environment. Staff was new BUT extremely friendly and alot better than the old staff. Then the food was, UGH LEGIT THE BEST IVE HAD FROM THERE! And thts saying something. The bread was pillow soft and hot, the soup was on point and everything. I informed the staff member of their excellence and she informed us it was a completely new staff and management. And their staff is absolutely wonderful and obviously cares about the food and customers and they did an amazing job.

Have been going here for many years and have never been let down. The sweet tea and lemonades are always freshly made and tasty. The squash soup and broccoli cheddar soup brightened up the day with their warm and creamy flavors. The southwest chicken and italian sandwiches just hit the spot with a classic side pickle.

An absolute perfect dining experience today at McAlister's. What an awesome taco salad. It was so beautiful fixed and the plate. My mom got a wonderful baked potato and soup. Very delicious. And the best looking carrot cake you have ever seen. Thanks again guys for making our dining experience exceptional. The most friendly staff you've ever seen.

Working in ICU tonight and we ordered dinner from McAlister's Deli. We got our food and there was no AuJus for my French dip, no dressings for the salads, among other things. And now there closed. Some of the other nurses said that's why they quit ordering from this establishment as well. Lesson learned. I won't ever order from here again and I'm going make a note on the menu we have in the break room so no one else makes the same mistake we did...

This is the worst McAlister’s location I have ever been to. There have been multiple times that I have went in here and there are workers sitting at tables on their phones and no one ever comes to the counter to take my order. I understand they are understaffed, but this is not an excuse to not serve a customer even though you are “taking a break”. There have also been instances where I have ordered through the app, and not received my correct order. I will not be returning to this location again.
