We waited a while for our food, but they were understaffed, so I'm not factoring that into my rating.
My husband and I ordered two foot long, chili cheese coney combos and got our daughter a kids chicken strip meal.
For starters, the food was cold. We don't have a very long drive back to the house, so that rules out the food being hot when served to us.
Secondly, the screen vs. the receipt, almost looked like two different orders. The associate who took our order read it back to us, and it was clearly displayed (correctly) on the screen. Upon opening it once at home, we find that both footlongs are All-American style. We check the receipt and sure enough, it says 2 All-American footlongs.
So, instead of the hassle of driving back, we both decide to eat what was given. It was nowhere near hot, and are now, not even sure if it was thoroughly cooked. The tater tots were old and hard and had no salt, and now we're both feeling sick to our stomachs.
This food has turned me off from continuing to eat at any Sonic, much less this one. The only good take away from this "dining experience" was the staff was polite and they got our daughter's food order correct.
Thus, 2 stars.

Everything in my order was somehow wrong except the tots. The tots were over cooked and old. I will not be spending any more money at this restaurant.

It was ok had the had the chili cheese fries I wouldn't suggest anyone get them cuz they weren't that great at all but the cherry limeade was pretty good

Great service! And we just finished eating and the food was actually fresh and hot! And the girl who came out with so sweet! This is my first time there! And it won't be my last!

I was trying to order a number 9 meal and the girl said we don't have a number 9 so i was trying to ask about number 10 and before i even finish my sentence she cut me off and yelled at me from the mic we out of number 9 , i guess she just didn't wanna serve me so i went to McDonald's and got me a nice chicken meal with a better service and no attitude

My drinks were dripping soda and ice cream from the outside. Also, my turtle blast had a few pecans and mini chips on top, but that was it! Very disappointed. We should have just went to DQ.

Ordered 2 chicken strip baskets with fries and paid $18 got one 4 and one 3 piece dinners with tots.... I thought the dinners came with 5 pieces each?!?!?!?! In the two meals I got barely enough to feed my bf alone. I paid more for a meal at Sonic than I would have at Texas Roadhouse, and gotten better service and food there! Sonic you're just sad...
