Dairy Queen

I totally love this place! The employees are nice and work hard to do a good job. The food is delicious! My Momma and I like to go there and treat ourselves to a Blizzard,fries and a cheeseburger. We like to park in the rear of the building with our food, use my tablet and watch a movie while we eat! It's also very family friendly!

I just can’t take it anymore, I’m a HUGE fan of Dairy Queen, love blizzards and sundaes and the chicken basket, they’re a huge part of my childhood and I’m very thankful to live somewhere with access to it. However…this specific establishment is an embarrassment. The workers are HORRIBLE, they’re not always the rudest some of them can be nice and attentive, but none of them have any idea what they’re doing. If you try to modify any order it throws them for a loop…this is ice cream you guys, it shouldn’t be so hard to add or remove something to it. Also NO ONE knows how to mix a blizzard properly, everything is always bunched up at the top with only soft serve in the bottom. I’m eating a cotton candy blizzard right now and there’s giant chunks of the cotton candy coating when it should be blended throughout the soft serve for flavoring and to turn it pink. The reason this happened is because they didn’t mix thoroughly enough and then waited too long to mix it and the coating hardened, laziness. I also love the caramel fudge cheesecake blizzard specially for the rolo-esque chocolate caramels. The last two times I’ve gotten it they didn’t even put the pieces in there it was just cheesecake pieces. If you run out of items…tell the customer! So they don’t pay for something they don’t want. Also the drive thru is ancient and a danger to the service road it desperately needs to modified, not to mention they are so slow at the window. The biggest positive I can say is that the hot food is always done well, the guys they have on the grill know what they’re doing and are consistent. Get it together you guys, it’s ice cream it’s supposed to be fun and easy to work with, I follow DQ social media accounts that demonstrate how all of their products are made, it’s not hard I’d be much happier to come behind the counter and do it myself.

Myself in my three grandchildren went there got three delicious meal very reasonable price and the ice creams floats and all the desserts are delicious well anyway look delicious but I got a pineapple ice cream dessert delicious and the two kids got some with chocolate in it but they say there's was delicious the people that works there was very helpful and very nice

My first thought on this place was that it was dirty just by its outside appearance. The lady working the drive-thru was kinda rude. The wait time wasn’t too bad. The food was just ok to me. I had the Chicken Strip Basket. The Chicken was decent, the fries tasted a little old and the bread was cold and chewy. My son had a burger and fries. He said it was good. He also had the Oreo Cocoa Blizzard that he loved. For the 2 meals we paid a little over $20, which i thought was too much for that quality of food. This was probably the last time I eat at Dairy Queen and definitely the last time that I eat at the particular Dairy Queen.
