Always love the food, the food comes out at a reasonable pace, one of the best places to eat if your craving some real good fried chicken. Gotta ask for extra fries if you like fires however, but some of the best cooking

I wish I could give them a -0 Star. I live in Texas but I'm originally from Alexandria,I was on my way out back to Texas so I stop to get something to eat before leaving. I pulled in the 2nd drive thru and it was 2 vehicles ahead of me once I got to the speaker to order I sit there 15 minutes and I watched car after car pull up order and move in the 1st drive thru. So the 2 cars behind me backed up and went over to the 1st drive thru and so did I after again waiting 15 minutes, so after we moved over here comes a employee to put up the orange cones to close the lane, that's was the rudest and most inconsiderate thing I ever seen so you tell me they couldn't said this lane closed, or sent the employee out and said after you this lane is closed. So that means they watched me at the speaker and never said a word! So after getting my food and getting on the highway to head to Texas I open the box to eat and the tenders was maybe the size of a pinky finger and the bread was NOT DONE, I had to get home otherwise I would've went back and got my money back. When I stopped to fill my tank up I threw that right where it belongs in the trash and bought me a bag of chips to eat. I will NEVER waste my time or money there again. From not telling me the 2nd drive thru was closed to the small portion not done food!!

Really? You count the little one as a whole finger? While millions are out of work because of covid-19, you guys are blessed to have the sheriff department there helping with the drive through line (which was awesome, btw) but employees fortunate to have a job but do not want to be there. It was apparent by the tone of the order taker that she was not happy to be there, got the order wrong, corrected it at the first window with a different person, then get home (after spending over $43) to this little freaking bite of chicken meat.

I used to enjoy eating there when I went to Alexandria. I went there yesterday and will never eat there again. The customer service was horrible, the cashier was rude and lazy. The dinning area was dirty and the food was horrible.

Very disappointed in the quality of the chicken the other night. The service was top notch, but the chicken strips were so small and tasted like they were made earlier that day and were all dried out. If Cane's keeps this up, they will lose my future business. Very disappointed. 30 dollars worth of food and to have such poorly cooked quality chicken was horrible.

Sat for 20 minutes in the drive through line after ordering my food. I had to be at work at a certain time and had plenty of time to get there. Until I sat in the drive through line. I left without any food or a drink. When I called I was told by the manager there was nothing he could do. Didn't give his name either...funny!!

Got a sandwich combo. Looked more like kids meal. Little Amount of fries and barley any sauce on sandwich. I worked their before and this is just sad on how the workers prepare the sandwich combo

I only go there because my daughter loves the chicken and sauce. You only serve chicken.....why does it take forever to put 3 strip a handful of fries and a piece of bread in a box...you know the people in line are ordering chicken....cook more chicken...and the girl taking my money stopped to check her phone and reply before handing me my change..its 12 o'clock on a Saturday, keep the line moving

The service is nothing short of TERRIBLE! I waited 15 minutes after they asked me to pull up in the drive thru. Went in and saw my order just sitting. Got in line asked for my order and it still took another 10 minutes because employees were just talking to each other. Not to mention half the staff was outside sitting on a car smoking. I'll never go back to this Canes. It's a disgrace to the franchise.
