I ordered family size box of fry chicken breast and wings, it also comes with biscuit and rice. I find that exclusive deals on the app, and then I picked up in store, so I can skip the drive through option while save the time.đź‘Ť
The only thing I concern about is the drive through lane, I guess the cashiers has to improve, because during the rush hours and lunch time, it has long lines went through out the street.

I'm sure that each individual employee has great characteristics about them . If you look at everyone as a cohesive team ...well that's where this popeyes drops the ball.

This place is filthy. If the kitchen looks like the dining room, stay away. I walked in and walked out. Customers ordering through drive through...beware.

Bad experience
I want some mild chicken tenders
they do not have them, they only have Spicy
it took them 10 minutes to realize I exist. Other customers came in after and left with orders before I was ever acknowledged. there was not a line at any time.
The floors were so sticky I'm fairly certain the soles of my shoes are glued to them still.
I did not bother completing an order, go get KFC instead.

The drive-thru guy just told me that “I must have no money” and that’s why my card didn’t work. So I’m giving 0 to customer service.
To that guy: Sir. You don’t know me or my finances (or how to run a card for that matter), and if it were a person truly struggling financially who was trying to get food, this would definitely not be the correct way to speak to anyone anyways.
Other than that guy, this place is usually great.

Placed an order online for pickup. App said it would be ready in about 30 minutes and live only a mile away. Got to the store and these jack wagons had not even started making the order yet. Sat there for almost an hour waiting on them to make the food because they did not even start until told we were there for it. They seem to constantly "be out of that" for most of the things you want to get even when they just got a delivery. Never gonna be ordering from this location again, almost 40 dollars and horrible service every time; corporate needs to pay a visit and kick this location into shape.
