One of the last locations to offer the buffet has discontinued it unfortunately. But I'm sure this was with good reason. It's unfortunate their calls are answered by a National call center that's unaware of their carry out specials. However, the staff here is always very friendly and attentive, the food is always perfect and they have good carry out specials for lunch.

I successfully placed my carry out order online at 11:45pm yesterday. However when I arrived the restaurant they said they closed and have cancelled my order. But actually I didn’t get any email or notice of status saying my order being canceled. And now when I look up my bank statement, I get charged twice by Pizza Hut for the order, two times of $20.41. Can anyone explain this to me?

I called the store a total of 8 times just to update my apartment number. I got hung up on at least 3 times, transferred, and left on hold. Anytime I would speak to someone about updating my apartment number they would act is if they don't know how to go in the computer and do that. They could have at least told me that they will let the delivery driver know. They all were acting like they did not know how to do the most simplest thing. That is poor poor poor customer service. I will not order from here again. I will also let everyone know in my building to not order from you all. I asked for a manager and they didn't even say hold on they just put me on hold and never came back to the line. I don't know who they have working in there but they need to reevaluate the ones that they do. I am extremely upset about my experience and the way I was treated.

Worst service I received from Pizza Hut in years. The employees spoke to me very belittling and gave conflicting and incorrect information. The order showed up over an hour late and then an employee told me I had only made the order 4mins before I called but I had spoken to a different employee and hour earlier and she said my order was about to leave the restaurant for delivery. Then the driver was refusing to deliver the pizza to my building and was instructing me to come find him in the parking lot. It wasn’t until I told him I wasn’t coming to find him and he needed to get out of the car and walk it up to my building that he did. Also the pizza and bread sticks (that I used reward points for) were very cold by the time it got to us. Worse service I have ever received.

We ordered a delivery of breaded boneless chicken, both the app and the receipt state BONELESS, still we received WINGS, with BONES. We spent over 30 minutes calling to clarify this and they kept putting us on wait and the only time someone picked up, he said “I’ll put you through to the manager”… and then they hung up on us, just like that!

I am so disappointed because nobody answered the phone at all when I called to confirm and ask a question. I was supposed to get a Medium pizza for free because of my rewards. I will NEVER fool with location ever again! I’m big on customer service and this is not very professional.

Online stated they had dine in. We called to confirm, I was on hold for 15 minutes with no answer. We drove to the location anyway. We got there right at nine and was seated. After a few minutes, they came to our booth, and told us we had to leave because dine in ended at nine. I tried to speak to the manager, but he just walked away from me.

Employees have always been friendly when I picked up the order.
Food has always been hot and as ordered.
