My first pizza was so messed up man! Then they gave me a hard time making a new one and everything! I’m kinda getting tired I’m about to start making my own pizza 😒🙄 ! That 2 Totally different pizzas! I know my first pizza got dropped !

I ordered over the phone, a delivery for 2 pizzas and a drink totaling $35.60. I asked the manager if the driver will have change for a $40, he said yes. The driver gets here and makes a bunch of excuses to get us to fork over the whole $40.60. Tried to say it takes him $6 to drive 8 minutes, or he only had $4 in change. So we just handed him the pizza back and kept the money because I’m not paying $5 for a rude delivery driver.

What a joke! I order online for car pick up and go there late to give them more time for the order, I get in the store because I’m nice, shame on me. I tell them my name, they say it’s in the oven. I see on the site that they marked it complete. Half an hour later they ask me my phone number and tell me that they gave it to someone else. Didn’t even apologize or any Act like it’s normal. Then come to my car and ask my name again. I’m furious at this point. I didn’t deserve all that. I can understand that someone can make a mistake. But owning that mistake should be the standard.

So... I received soggy, undercooked pizza that was inedible and tried calling the store to get a replacement. No one answered. I filed an online pizza insurance claim and it took a week to get back to me. They offered me free pizza credits to be added to my account for next time.
A few weeks later - I try to give them another chance, only to log in and see my credits apparently expired. I try to call the store two separate times with no one answering, yet again.
Awful store. Awful customer service. I ended up ordering from pizza hut. Never again.

Great pizza - always consistently good. We order from this dominos all the time - and every experience we’ve had has been great. Since I can’t eat dairy, I always say no cheese please, and they have always gotten my order right. Never been for pick up, so can’t comment there! Always very affordable with a pizza tracker to estimate how long it will take!

Seriously though, this was a horrible experience and I will never order from you again. The delivery instructions were as clear as possible with the tools provided. Y'all need to hire people who aren't zooted out of their minds constantly.
Edit: the driver was really nice when he arrived with my order (about an hour after it was marked "delivered"). I appreciate the food and that y'all made it right. I really wish the driver had tried to reach out the first time; he called the second time to arrange the hand off.

Found a hair in my chicken after my order arrived. When I spoke with the associate they denied it was even possible saying he QA'd the order. Asked to speak to the manager who was also rude and didn't believe me. Asked if they could refund or replace the order. Said they would not do a partial replacement since I also had pizza with the order. I set the pizza and chicken aside and waited for the replacement order. When it arrived they only had the chicken. I called the store back and said that now my pizza is cold and you only provided the chicken. They continue to argue with me and we're extremely rude and basically said they did not believe that there was a hair in the food. The store manager is highly unprofessional and does not take customer service seriously at all. When I escalated to Domino's corporate they did not even refund me the value of my order. Will never order from this store again.

This store is terrible. They consistently mess up my orders, forgets extra items, they do not answer the phone what so ever. After they gave me the wrong pizza I called over half a dozen times, placed numerous orders for the correct pizza. And they canceled all my orders and did not answer the phone. I recommend you do not go to this store and especially if you do and they mess up your order don’t expect them to fix it. They don’t care about the customers and it’s being shown.
