Literally got a raw roast beef sandwich. That red soaked into the bun is raw meat juice, not any kind of sauce. Hoping I wake up tomorrow not dead from food poisoning

Arby's isn't my go to fast food. But it is what it is. Their fries and curly fries and shakes are good. This joint doesn't have a drive thru, so plan accordingly. You have to go in and its kinda small inside.
Very unlike previous Arby's experiences. This location is small, Nasty, unkempt inside the restaurant (no drive thru). Well pretty excited about this Arby's cause we're visiting from CA and they've been closing many of their stores there...WHY ARBYS??? There's no other fast food roast beef competition why can't you make the stores work in our state???!!!
The service is decent, kinda slow service. Place always has a few dirty. No outside seating as I could see anymore. Parking is available but a difficult place to get too. No drive thru, Older building and neighborhood.
The employees here are very nice. I enjoyed my visit. Another Arbys nearby has employees with rotten attitudes so this one was a breath of fresh air.
The food is great and workers are polite. Lost one star for cleanliness at this specific location. I've gone several times in a week and it's always the same. Not at a level to make me stop eating there but definitely enough to take one star off.
