Literally got a raw roast beef sandwich. That red soaked into the bun is raw meat juice, not any kind of sauce. Hoping I wake up tomorrow not dead from food poisoning

So, I ordered from Arby’s via Grubhub. Ordered a Double Beef’n Cheddar with Large Curly Fries Large Diet Coke. Also ordered Triple Chocolate Cookie (2) and a Cheery Turnover.
Grubhub got it to me well within a reasonable amount of time. And the food was great. Long time since I had anything from Arby’s. Too bad they forgot the Cherry Turnover. Grubhub did refund me for the missing item but I had to remove a star.

Arby's isn't my go to fast food. But it is what it is. Their fries and curly fries and shakes are good. This joint doesn't have a drive thru, so plan accordingly. You have to go in and its kinda small inside.

Very unlike previous Arby's experiences. This location is small, Nasty, unkempt inside the restaurant (no drive thru). An employee was walking around behind the counter, scrolling on cellphone ... the Jamocha shake tasted more like a vanilla flavor; my 2 roast beef sandwiches were prepared quickly and were fresh tasting enough but they sat next to the fry tray because I thought the crinkle fries were being cooked, but they were cold and not fresh at all. First and last visit there- WONT EVER GO BACK!

Well pretty excited about this Arby's cause we're visiting from CA and they've been closing many of their stores there...WHY ARBYS??? There's no other fast food roast beef competition why can't you make the stores work in our state???!!!

The service is decent, kinda slow service. Place always has a few dirty. No outside seating as I could see anymore. Parking is available but a difficult place to get too. No drive thru, Older building and neighborhood.

The employees here are very nice. I enjoyed my visit. Another Arbys nearby has employees with rotten attitudes so this one was a breath of fresh air.

The food is great and workers are polite. Lost one star for cleanliness at this specific location. I've gone several times in a week and it's always the same. Not at a level to make me stop eating there but definitely enough to take one star off.
