Papa Johns Pizza

The pizza and papadia were good. A little bit soggy for both. Our first time to order the cheesesteak Parmesan crust papadia, and we love it; but the cheese was too runny or maybe juice from the beef. The pizza needed maybe additional minutes cooking. The toppings and cheese were sliding off the pizza. Over sauced maybe? We still enjoyed it. One of our favorite pizza brands, so we’ll be ordering again in the future.

First time eating from and ordering online at this location. Ordered a piZza online for in-store pickup. Arrived to a locked door and an employee that acted like I was annoying him while standing outside trying to get in to pick up my order. Website states instore orders accepted through 11:40am. The open sign posted on the window was turned off, The doors were locked and the sign on the front door says they close at 12, but lobby closes at 10 Seems a little confusing for someone who placed an online order at a store they aren’t familiar with. That Parking lot is a safety concern for a single woman to stand I waiting in at 1030 at night by herself. If I knew I couldn’t come in to get my food before placing my order -.- I would have just gone somewhere else Pizza was great tho

I ordered 2 pizzas one was an extra cheese and onion pizza which turned out perfectly fine but the other pizza I ordered which was a meat pizza was a dry piece of leather!! Which seemed as if it had been sitting on the counter for hours! This is definitely the last time I will ever be ordering Papa John's pizza!! I paid a premium price for a horrendous pizza!! Save yourself some money and order from elsewhere you don't be like me and regret ordering from here!!!

RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! Read other reviews about the "store manager" Muhammad. Pizza was delivered 45 minutes late and cold. Called restaurant to speak to the store manager Muhammad. He advised that I received what I ordered and therefore I will not get another pizza or a refund. He said he is in charge and that's final. He hung the phone up and every time I called back he would hang the phone up. I had to report this activity to my bank to get a refund. You've been warned!

Muhammed was very condescending as a manager. Called to order a pizza with a credit that was promised for a previous issue with an order (missing portions of the order). Muhammed refused to honor the credit and refused to then give me a credit back on my card for the portion of the order I did not receive. He then hung up and continued to hang up every time I called thereafter. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!
