Had a good experience there, staff was nice, placed looked clean. Plenty of parking. Shelfs looked replenished. Would definitely go back.

I have lived in this neighborhood since 2012 and have been going to this store every since then. I have seen so much subtle racism against Blacks from the Asian, Arabic, and Indian (not the Ethiopian brothers) employees. As a black person, the want you in and lit of there store, simple as that. I hear the old Asian woman tell her employees to greet the customers when she herself doesn't greet certain people. Not only that, she aggressively try's to get you to buy extra stuff, after repeatedly telling her “No i dont want/need it”. And she must be getting an incentive for getting people to sign up for the awards but she is very misleading when she does. You dont get points for everything just because your buying something out of the store, it only counts towards Certain Items Listed On The App! i'm done shopping at this 7-11. Because on top of that it should take me 5 minutes each time to buy 2 items out the store. Stop having other employees running around doing meaningless task when they should be helping on the register.

Horrible customer service. I had family over one weekend. This was their 1st time in VA (Alexandria) they were yelling at them, like children, instead of explaining to them that they dont sell single beers. Another customer(told them they had to purchase the whole case) then told the employee he doesn't have to talk to them like that, "They didn't know" yet the employee insisted "he knows!!" They bought the case only because they didnt kniw there was anither 711 nit far frim here... I don't understand what the attitude is for. This is a business and when dealing with people there is a proper way to talk to people and yelling is not one of them... I have worked in customer service for quite some time and have never felt thwre was an appropriate situation in which it is ok to yell at a customer. ...There is one right around the corner I will be giving them my business...

Been there a couple of times to grab a few drinks and a pre-made sandwich for the road. Got what I paid for and the cashier was nice. Not really much else to say.

The management at this location is great, from my experience with dealing with them however I just left the store and I bought a monster energy drink as soon as I got in my car it was leaking the clerk would not take it back because he assumed I dropped it the clerk that was at the register was very rude and unprofessional and I deal with this location ever Mourning However because of this clerk that works in there afternoon I will not ever come back to this location all customers please be advised
