Worst McDonalds in the city!! Had to wait 7 minutes for some cookies!! Everytime I come here, there's a ridiculous wait time. It can be 2 people there and you waiting like there's 10 people.
I witnessed delivery guy (Doordash) waiting on his order for like 15 min. I know bc I was there before he arrived and I had already been there for 10 min!
They gotta change management or hire better employees.

Perhaps the worst store I've been to. The chicken tenders were overcooked, the fries cold and soggy, and worst of all, you still have to pump your own sauce, which is just stupid when you've ordered to go and have to spend 10 minutes filling the smallest possible cups.

This McDonald's got newly renovated now you can order on the touch machine and really convenient for some ppl. I like the decor and I have breakfast and I like it

I just left this McDonald’s. I received the worst customer service ever from the staff. I asked for 2 breakfast burritos with extra cheese. I’ve ordered this meal without issues at many McDonald’s restaurants. Today, it was a problem. The employees told me the burritos were already made this morning and they could not add cheese to them. I mentioned that I normally have this option everywhere else. They refused to make what I wanted. And of course, in the time they they were explaining how fresh their burritos are and how they didn’t need more cheese, they could’ve opened up 2 burritos, added cheese, heated them, and given them to me. I will never stop by this McDonald’s again. Shout out to the Starbucks next door that gave me what I asked for instead!

I thought it will be convenient because I live right next to it but they always get order wrong and very slow . I also seen the same person that took trash out come to the register and handle customers without washing his hands . Sad

Vsry disrespectful manager , She was yelling at an old woman cause she asked about an extra bag.
Very rude and lack of professionalism and lack of respect.
They don't know even the simple items in the menu.
Honestly so horrible. This store need to be closed
