Subway

The lady who works at this location today on June/28/22 was coughing and she even sneezed on my sandwich while making it, she didn’t care to change my sandwich or ask an apologize plus she cleaned her nose on her shoulder. The worse dirty place beings COVID and flues in people food. I can’t eat it now and going to sleep hungry but will keep to return it by any other staff by tomorrow.

The food tastes fine, but the staff is generally careless. On several separate occasions I had to repeat what I ordered and it still was wrong most of the time (despite all being non-custom items from the menu). My primary issue and why I will not go back to this place is when I ordered an item from the menu, with no changes, and I was informed the price on that item had changed days prior but they didn't get a chance to change the sign. I was charged $11 for a $7.25 item. I do not recommend this Subway.

I was just at this.location and just had the worse experience Was it discrimination or was.it something else? All of the white customers were served and treated appropriately. Never got to place the order l came there to get. Was this a form of discrimination or was this something else? Would not recommend this location and it's people! The funny thing is this for those who see and speak intelligently. The minories disrespected a minority. However it was a young white customer who tried to serve and treat me appropriately. Keep this in mind make-up is a mask. Nothing you do will impress me. You have lost my respect. I will laugh at you all the way long as well as your followers. Those who continue to eat here wear makeup!

The employee did not listen to what I wanted to order because she was too busy talking and laughing with her co-worker. She was also very rude and didn't put my food in the bag and walked away to assist the other customer until I told her that I needed my receipt. Oh by the way, when you talk about a customer make sure they don't understand what you are saying. I understood everything you said! I will never go there again. I would give a minus on the rating if it was an option!

Avoid this Subway!!! They have the worst , most rude workers. They were speaking about me in spanish , which is also my language. However- I'm sure they judged me and assumed I didn't speak Spanish and they felt fine to speak in an ugly form. I'm disgusted with this store and lack of management. Especially because the other surrounding stores have such better employees. DO NOT WASTE TIME OR MONEY HERE.

Unlike some other locations, the employees are pleasant & hard-working! On wknd I've seen 'A.C.' take care of the store herself, from prep to cleaning to checkout. On wkday mornings, 'Vilma' (sp.?) provides very efficient and friendly service. 5stars! **Edited minus 1 star: to reflect extremely poor attitude of employee named 'Jillian.' She has a dismissive attitude, is rude, and shrugs/is non-responsive when asked a question. Very unprofessional.. really a blot on the otherwise good team at this store. **Edit again: uggh yet another * off for same employee, "Jillian" (May or may not be her real name but she knows)
