I don't know much about much when it comes to KBBQ, but I do know when the food tastes like it was made with love, and holy cow does this place deliver on the love. It's amazing. It's tasty and flavorful and is like a hug.

We tried Ju Mak Jip for the first time today and loved the traditional Korean dishes offered here. We tried the fried dumplings, grilled mackerel, bulgogi, and the yukgaejang. It’s been months since we went out for Korean food, so we were very excited to bring this home. The young woman who took my order and gave it to me was very nice as well. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for straightforward, delicious Korean food.

This is so EXPENSIVE! You have to order two for each item and we spent $100 for one small plate of beef brisket and one pork&squid combo.

I enjoyed the meal immensely. I think I may have been the only American in the place which is always a good sign. The menu is small and I think that improves the quality of the food. I had a beef and tofu dish with black bean sauce. The spice was perfect! The bonchon was fantastic especially the lotus root. I will definitely return when I am in the area.

The food is ok. I grew up in Korea so I tend to have a distinguished palate of desire. They kept to very simple options. The worse was the disgusting display of one of the restrooms. It made me.wonder about the restaurant hygiene, too bad I discovered after my meal.

I arrived, asked for a table for four and I was seated promptly. My friends were late and then the problems started. The old man serving me accused me of trying to sleep at the restaurant and wouldn't serve me anything until my friends arrived. It wasn't even busy. I don't know what I did wrong
