I had a really great experience at this location. There was no line at the register. The lady who took my order was super nice and friendly. My wrap, cookie, and smoothie were excellent. Bonus: this location does discounted happy hour smoothies. Highly recommend this place.

The smoothies have been so watery! I don't know if there's new employees that have been recently hired, but it makes no sense for my smoothies to be tasting like pure water! They were nice enough to remake them, but it still wasn't the best. I've had better smoothies elsewhere and actually never had a problem with them until recently.

I typically enjoy all the tropical smoothie chains I go to but this one is particularly rude. When coming in the place was empty and there was 3 workers in the back and no one at the register. I waited a full 5 minutes with no one saying a word to me, just staring at me. I finally spoke up and said I was here to pick up an order and once again the workers didn't respond. It wasn't until the cashier came back from wherever she went that I was finally given my order. The basic customer service is severely lacking at this location. I recommend avoiding this location

I've been to a few different Tropical Smoothie Cafe's and it seems like this one is the best of the ones I have visited.
The place used to be packed but ever since there have been more locations popping up, the crowds are a lot more manageable and you'll now get your food and smoothies quickly.

Got the blueberry bliss smoothie and it was absolutely flavorless. Also, the wait was ridiculous, especially as people who ordered after me received their food/drinks first. Would not recommend.

They seem to have gotten their act together somewhat. I really love the smoothies here and want to see this place succeed. I feel like they really need more employees or another tropical smoothie close to by to help take some of the demand off of this location

Food and smoothies are great but it takes forever to get them. It's clear that this location is understaffed and its definitely not geared towards in person orders and dining. Management either needs to hire new employees or open up another tropical smoothie close to by in order to meet the delivery demand this store can't seem to manage

Always a great place to grab a healthy and refreshing smoothie. I feel like they replenish my soul and energy levels. My entire outlook on life is so optimistic after I've had an island green or avocolada!! Simply magnificent!!

Tropical's prices are reasonable and fair and they have high quality and good tasting ingredients. Staff was helpful and knowledgeable, and when I asked we negotiated which flavors and ingredients would suit my craving. The place was also clean, inviting, a little cold and easy to get to.

The staff needs to be more attentive. Been there several times say it's for dine in, then it's made to go . The cashier was enjoying her smoothie while taking our order, must have received a brain freeze and did not here that . Seems employee turn over is very high, starting to get dirty . One of the bathrooms out of order, broken oven sitting behind the plant on the counter for guest to see . Could have been cleaned before put out for every one to see, was little gross. Overall seems to be going down hill fast .

They are really cheap to buy items they really need like soap for the mop water; They haven't ordered it in months which causes the mop head to smell really bad.
