B-day in galaxy theme I said if you can put anything on the cake that’s galaxy related I will be happy and if not possible that it’s ok and when I went and pick up the cake I saw this they went above and beyond I can not thank you enough my daughter absolutely loved the cake 😊

great ice cream flavors. Try their butterscotch ice cream. That's the best in my opinion. Their oreo, Snickers flavors are good too. i tried theor cookie dough which was good too.

Today was my very first visit at this location. I had a sweet spot today because of the fact that today was the first really hot early summer day. Perhaps I should have settled for water, but it had been a little since I had enjoyed ice cream from this place. I went for the non-dairy strawberry streusel flavor, because I was already a big fan of strawberry ice cream, and the non-dairy add-,on made it sound especially appealing. There was a pretty decent crowd of people inside at around 6:30pm, and there were also some folks sitting outside socializing and enjoying their ice cream. The girl behind the counter was nice, and there was no problem placing my order. It was prepared fast and before I knew it, I was on my way to the car already digging into the cup of ice cream. It was perfectly delicious!

Sunday July 24 2021 my husband and I went to Baskin-Robbins to order two banana splits. Not only did I have to give our orders a total of five times but the orders were still incorrect. At $8.99 +tax each, My expectation was that my order would be correct. I asked for caramel and they topped by Banana split with peanut butter. Because I live in Washington DC and was on that side of town for a short. I left there without tasting I realized that I had peanut butter for a topping. It was very upsetting I ended up throwing it in the trash and I made a special trip after completing my business to get a banana split. It would be nice to get a refund And I will never return to that location again. Maybe none of them. And also I know that we are trying to save the planet, but the containers are absolutely horrible and they should be using Styrofoam or another type of container that will allow the desert to stay cold a little longer. The desert ran out of the container into the bag because of that little plastic container they could not hold it.

Ice cream is good, but the service is fairly slow. I've been here multiple times and I will continue to patronize this location. I just wish they had more staff to help out

Kendall saved the day. Got a 1/6 sheet ice cream cake but didn't have Happy birthday on it. I didn't think it could fit on there but she got it done. Awesome job and great customer service 👏👍💪. Keep up the great work.

For a place that really relies on family /kids visiting and enjoying, the employees always seem to be non energetic and deadpan when interacting with customers. Ice cream is good, so lucky they have that going for them

Typical Baskin-Robbins, meaning you will get good ice cream, sundaes, ice cream cakes and other treats here as you will at any other B-R location. I don't eat here often so the employee turnover is no surprise, but always friendly and professional.

The staff is very friendly here as well as patient as you select for multiple flavors of ice cream. They made me an incredible looking banana split for me! ���
