I am a guard at the PSO building and, on occasion, visit this store in the early morning hours while on break. Most of the time, it's closed with no clerk insight, and other times, I used a flashlight to get the clerk's attention. My biggest issue is not only the clerk's awful attitude but that it continues to happen after sharing this issue with their store manager. The location says the store hours are 24/7 and that they should honor. The manager admitted they had been using this practice to keep the homeless away at the same time, acknowledging he would lose customers too but didn't seem to care. The store has been open since the art festival showed up on 5/15/22. However, I suspect the clerk will resume his unusual practices when the festival leaves the area.

One of the best 7-Eleven's in the area. They always have a good selection of snacks and the staff is great. Also the Amazon locker is super convenient.

Eskender closes this location at random times for reasons that are not apparent. For example, he closed the store at 1:20 am on October 24th, 2021, and only let the cops in when a group of us knocked on the door. He said “only police” and made the rest of us leave.

I work across the street, and used to visit this store regularly but the service has dropped significantly over the past six months. I would get refills from their soda fountain, but they seldom bother to restock the empty brands. As an example, I can go in there for most of a week and there is no diet Dr. Pepper. I have said something to the counter staff many times, but nothing happens. Today, I purchased a soda refill and very specifically told the person at the counter that I had a refill and handed her two dollars. I expected 95 -99 cents in change. I was given 70 cents. When I asked why, she asked me how much I gave her. I just walked out. I'll either walk to another 7-11 a few blocks away or just go without. The staff at this store just doesn't care.

Rude dude. Had to wait 5 minutes for him to even show up to ring me up at the counter

Similar to Dan below, I gave a $5 for a $2 item and got $1 back. Unfortunately either the staff are intentionally entering the wrong anount in the register or are unexperienced with US currency. Buyer beware!

Decent 7-eleven, but their slurpies are sometimes off. Like they switch around the flavors but don't clean the machine of well enough.

Stay away from this 7-Eleven. Very rude manager!
