Horrible location!! If I could give this specific location a -5 stars, I would! EVERYTIME I GO TO THIS SPECIFIC LOCATION THEY MESS UP MY ORDER. There is boy that takes the orders from the drive thru is rude, unprofessional and ALWAYS GETS THE ORDER WRONG. I’m a local and I work late so sometimes I like a quick bite to eat. I have returned on several occasions to get my order fixed. Why? Why should I have to do that? I am feeling TARGETED by this specific worker AND the location itself! I WILL NOT allow this to continue. I will call Corporate and make a formal complaint. Additionally, the workers don’t practice COVID PROCEDURES AND DO NOT WEAR A MASK the proper way and they play too many games behind the counter. This service SUCKS. I’m taking my money elsewhere. Definitely going to an authentic Mexican restaurant from now on. This specific Taco Bell sucks and they are doing the community a disservice. Taco Bell I wish you well.

This place is the most unprofessional place I’ve ever been to. It’s 10:25am. It says they open at 10:00am. I simply walked in and asked if they were still doing breakfast, one of the ladies gave me a dirty look and shrugged and walked away. That attitude is from someone who clearly hates her job. I walked away to avoid cussing her out, the drive through then said to come back during normal business hours. I repeat it’s now 10:27am. I recommend not wasting your time there

I got here just as they were about to close the lobby and I explained to them that my truck was too big to fit through their very small drive through. One of their employees shrugged their shoulders and said sorry it’s not my problem. I’m not one to complain but this was ridiculous. Fix your location.

I stopped by on the evening of Jan 3 because we had a snowstorm and the power was out in our neighborhood. The only place I found in Kingstowne that was open and seducing good was Taco Bell and even though the staff was likely so stressed with all the random people coming in, they were so great and got everyone's orders together quickly. I'm so appreciative of them for being open on a night when all I wanted was some warm food to eat in my freezing cold house, in the dark. I ended up with a pretty big order for my house and a few neighbors - we're all so grateful. Thank you for being there!

This restaurant constantly messes up orders. Out of the last three visits my order has had something wrong with all of them. Not to mention the fact that some of the employees come to work higher than a kite. Little children come here and they have employees high, that's not right. Also they constantly are out of supplies. I've been there and they have told me they are out of taco meat. How is Taco Bell out of taco meat?

I think that this Taco Bell is alright because the employees are generally friendly. However, if you order carry out, please make sure that you check to make sure that your meal is correct before you leave the store so that you do not get the wrong order. Both the soft shell tacos and crunchy shell tacos are alright. Overall, the friendliness of the employees makes the purchase experience better.
