We are so lucky to have found Country Heart Florist for our wedding. My wife had a vision of what she wanted and Madison made that come to life. Walking into our reception and seeing all the flowers and table settings, it was exactly what we wanted. We even had a slight miscommunication and Madison fixed it within 30 minutes. She was great to work with and listened to us on everything we wanted.

If I could give no stars I would. But after 2 attempts to get it right and going back to take the flowers back on Valentine's day and giving the wrong ones again after spending nearly a hundred dollars, country heart expressed no remorse but only said we're only human. I will not use this place again and hopefully you won't either. We must stick together to let places like this understand that we pay for a service to be done correctly and not whatever they want. The water was almost black and the Flowers were wrong colors of all days Valentine's Day. Thanks for reading and let businesses know that this will not be tolerated. *Response to the response, NO partial refund was given, the flowers were paid for by cash and no one has contacted me about a refund, there again not telling the truth to make yourself look better for a terrible job done. This just makes you look worse and definitely will let everyone know that country heart is a terrible business and should be avoided. There are other flower places around.

I called at the last minute for something to be sent for a local funeral ( I live in Kenton County) and the young lady who answered the phone was so very helpful and knowledgeable! She gave me the greatest idea for a memorial type of gift, sent me pictures, and delivered that gift to the funeral home within less an hour. This florist will get all my business from now on.👌🏼😊

I recommend Country Heart to everyone for wedding flowers! To start, they were the most reasonably priced florist I’ve encountered. Their staff are very friendly and have lots of knowledge about flowers and designs. When planning for my wedding, I had pictures but didn’t know any flower names. Madison sat down with me and put the ideas in my head on paper, and then created them for my special day. She listen to me and also gave great suggestions! The delivery of my flowers was painless!!! They arrived on time and made everything picture perfect, no hassle at all!! I visit the shop closer to my wedding day, and the everyone at the shop was so friendly and greeted us with smiles. During the entire process, I put total confidence in Country Heart to make my special perfect... and that they did!! After my wedding, people were texting/messaging me every few days asking about who did my flowers. Now myself, and all my friends have used/ will use Country Heart Florist!

Country Heart florist just did my daughter, Kelsey`s wedding on 9/3/16. All of the flowers were perfect, even better than we expected and they arrived on time. The staff was so easy to work with. We always price compare 2 or 3 places, I thought the cost was reasonable. We highly recommend Country Heart Florist.
