This a terrible services I call in store to make a order and the lady was working in store highway Richmond store she did not make my order it’s say the close at 11 pm and she said the store was close at 10 pm doesn’t make sense she answer the phone call and did not make im order I’m upset.

Delivery was very late, when I called the store for details I was hung up on. The quality of their food is inconsistent, the pizza we received tonight was subpar. This is why we rarely order Papa Johns & the time we decide to, reminds us of why we don’t.

I came in to order carryout and it wasn't busy two guys hanging around and was told 10mins which wasn't ready in 15mins for a small pizza two toppings sad.

It is hit or miss with this store. Wrong order delivered. Over baked. Under baked. They get it right about 1 in 3 times. Be sure to check the order before you let the driver get away.

Very inconsistent location depending on who is putting together the pizza and cooking the pizzas in the kitchen. Some of the cooks they're doing a great job in the pizza is as good as Papa John's gets. Other days the kitchen quality is terrible . The pizzas are either over or under done and often light on sauce and cheese. This location often forgets different sauces / dips paid for as extra

The pizza in this location has been degrading in quality over a period of time. But today really got me super upset. My pizza arrived cold and looked like it has been through hell and back. The driver didn't even bother coming to my door. He telephoned me to let me know where he was. I called the store to ask for another pizza, but was told it would be another hour and a half. So I asked for my money back. Order from another location.

I ordered 2 pizzas last night for delivery. The female who took my order had to be told every single detail repeatedly, and kept getting it wrong. From the toppings to my address and credit card number, I had to keep correcting her. Then, the delivery driver had to call because the print out had the digits to my house number transposed. The delivery driver made it and I gave him a $10 tip because of his trouble. After he left, we discovered that he had delivered the wrong order to us. A basic pepperoni pizza and a bbq pizza. We checked the boxes and, sure enough, a different address was on the boxes. My order was much more expensive that what we received. By that point, we just gave up and ate what we were stuck with. But that was absolutely the last time I will ever use this location. Ever.

I had a terrible customer experience today (9/22 between 11am and 12pm) while speaking to a staff member over the phone today. He was extremely rude, impatient, and disrespectful to me while I was trying to order 6-10 pizzas for an event I was hosting. My company orders from you all the time and this experience is really making me think twice about choosing Papa John's in future. Even the delivery driver commented on how rude his counterpart is on a regular basis. Being in the customer service industry I do not see it in your best interest to have some like this be the face of your company. I am disappointed with my experience as a customer and am hoping the person involved will think twice before treating a customer the way I was treated today. Utter garbage communication skills I must say and disinterest in my business.

Ordered 2 pizzas...waited over an hour...credit card was charged. Called and was told "sorry, we don't have anything in our system." Should have gone more like this," sorry, let me get you your order asap. And here is a credit toward your next purchase."
