Mcdonald's

We visited around 8 p.m. and had a large order of 18 cheeseburgers and 9 orders of fries. We were asked to pull up to a waiting area. It took a little bit to get our food, but it was a large order. Our food came out hot, no issues and there were plenty of napkins and ketchup with our order. VERY IMPRESSIVE!

I'm never one to be upset at McDonald's, as it has always been my childhood restaurant to go to. However, once again, I was disappointed and devastated at the lack of milkshakes. What is going on in this society? It's five hundred degrees outside, and there are no milkshakes to be had, anywhere! My double cheeseburger meal, was up to standards and disappeared as quickly as they were given. The staff here were friendly (very very sorry about their milkshake machine) and I was able to get over my disappointment and my inner child's hysteric crying. Someday we will find our frozen drink and bask in it.

This McDonalds always has good hot food, crispy fries, and fast service. Sometimes the person outside takes your order and due to language barriers they get it wrong, but they always fix it at the window, and make it right. McDonald's is getting expensive though, I suggest downloading the app, it gives pretty good deals.

Managers (spanish lady & male) that work the evening shift are legit racists. I ordered my food through my McDonalds mobile app, went to go in to pick up my order. She bluntly ignored me and then once she decided to acknowledge me told me that there wasn't an order for me. I showed her the time/date stamped and order number clearly shows that order wasn't picked up. She told me she's not going to give me my food. I told her to give my money back she refused and the police were called in order for her to give my money back.
